Plan 23-009 offers a blend of Southern charm and traditional style with modern functionality, creating a warm and inviting home. This two-story home, spanning 2829 sq ft of heated living space, recognizes the need for both togetherness and personal space.
Here's a glimpse of what life could be like in this home:
As you step through the front door, the central foyer welcomes you, with the dining room to your left and the expansive living room straight ahead. The dining room (12'4" x 15'4") flows seamlessly into the kitchen (14' x 17'8"), creating an ideal space for entertaining and family gatherings. A cozy breakfast area sits adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for casual mornings. The utility room and powder room are conveniently located nearby, adding to the practicality of the layout.
The living room (19' x 15'4"), with its welcoming fireplace becomes the heart of the home, a place for relaxation and connection. To the right of the foyer, a gallery leads to the master suite and a versatile bedroom 2/study. The master bedroom (13' x 15') is a private retreat, complete with a walk-in closet and a master bathroom designed for comfort and convenience. The en-suite master bathroom is directly connected to the Master Bedroom and provides a private doorway to the Master Closet. Bedroom 2/study (11'4" x 15'4") offers flexibility, serving as a guest room or a quiet home office. It includes a walk-in closet and access to a full bathroom.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms (3 and 4), each measuring 11'4" x 15'4" with walk-in closets, provide comfortable spaces for family or guests. A spacious game room (16' x 20'8") offers endless possibilities for recreation and fun. A shared bathroom ensures convenience for the upstairs bedrooms.
The exterior exudes Southern charm with its full-width front porch, supported by classic columns. The pale yellow siding and black shutters create a timeless aesthetic, while the grey gabled roof adds architectural interest. The evenly spaced windows across the front facade contribute to the home's balanced and inviting appearance.
