Plan 23-010 offers a seamless blend of country charm and modern farmhouse elegance, designed for comfortable living and effortless entertaining. With 2596 sq ft of living space, this home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom, all thoughtfully arranged on a single floor. The 2-car side entry garage adds convenience and curb appeal.
Exterior: The front of the house makes a statement with its rustic stone facade, a welcoming front porch (29' x 6') with a cathedral ceiling, and a dark-colored roof adorned with multiple dormers. The wooden frame over the front door and the simple, rectangular windows (some with wooden shutters) add to the home's inviting appearance. It’s a home that feels both solid and welcoming.
Interior Flow: Step inside through the central foyer and find yourself drawn into the heart of the home. The dining room (11'-8" x 12'-4") with its 11-foot ceiling is directly ahead, setting the stage for memorable meals. To the right, the kitchen (11" x 15'-6") flows effortlessly into the great room (20' x 18'), where a cathedral ceiling and a cozy library area create an inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to the great room, a covered porch (20' x 17') with its own cathedral ceiling extends your living space outdoors. To the right of the kitchen, a breakfast area leads to bedroom 3 and a practical utility room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom, perfect for family or guests. The two-car garage includes a convenient drop zone area to keep things organized.
Master Suite: To the left of the dining room, a hallway leads to a study and powder room, and then to the private master suite. The master suite is designed as a true retreat, featuring a sun/sitting room where you can relax and unwind. The master bedroom (15'-4" x 14'-6") is a serene haven. The large master closet, divided into "his" and "hers" sections (17'-8" x 8'-4"), offers ample storage. The master bathroom (12' x 15') is a luxurious spa-like space, complete with double sinks, a shower, and a separate tub, all under a 12-foot ceiling. The master closet is a short walk from the master bath.
Additional Features: This home includes a range of desirable features, such as a formal dining area, an open floor plan, a kitchen island, a breakfast nook, a study/office, and a laundry area conveniently located near the mud room. Outdoor features include a front porch, a rear porch, an outdoor fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for enjoying the beauty of your surroundings.
