Plan 23-013 could be the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic style for your family. This home isn't just a structure; it's a space where memories are waiting to be made.
Exterior: The home welcomes you with its modern Mediterranean and European, featuring clean lines, light-colored brick, and a striking dark roof. Black trim highlights the roof's gabled and hipped sections, while dark-framed rectangular windows add a touch of contemporary elegance. A stone walkway leads to the inviting front porch and entrance.
As you step through the foyer (9'10" x 7'4" with an 11-foot ceiling), you're greeted by a gallery hall with a vaulted ceiling and a built-in computer desk area. To the left, discover a bedroom wing with two equally sized bedrooms (13'4" x 12'4" with 10-foot ceilings), perfect for kids or guests. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower.
The gallery hall naturally flows into the expansive great room (21'4" x 19'4" with a 12-foot tray ceiling), where a covered porch with a grill area awaits just outside. Adjacent to the great room, the casual dining area (15'4" x 11'4" with a 10-foot ceiling) seamlessly connects to the heart of the home: the kitchen (16'2" x 14'8"). The kitchen features a central island, pantry, and oven.
The master suite (15'8" x 15'8" with an 11-foot tray ceiling) is situated off the casual dining area. It includes a master bath with double sinks, a separate toilet room, and a shower. The walk-in closet is accessed through the master bath. A hallway leads from the master closet to the utility area and then to the 3-car garage (23'4" x 34'10").
Additional Features:
* Bonus Room: A game room (13'4" x 15' with a 10-foot ceiling) is located off the left side of the great room.
* Outdoor Living: Front and rear porches and an outdoor kitchen enhance the outdoor experience.
* Practical Spaces: A laundry room near the kitchen adds convenience to daily living.
* Additional Room: A study/office provides a quiet workspace.
* Ceiling Heights: 10', 11', 12'
