Plan 23-018 offers a modern living experience with a thoughtful layout designed for both family life and entertaining. This home, spanning 3,493 sq ft of heated living space, features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, ensuring everyone has their own space. A 3-car garage provides ample parking and storage.
Exterior and Style: The home's exterior blends traditional and contemporary elements, featuring a mixed-material facade of stone and siding, complemented by a deep brown roof. Awnings add character to some windows, while the curved archway at the entrance, supported by columns, creates a welcoming feel.
Interior Flow: As you enter through the two-story foyer (9' x 6'4"), you're immediately drawn into the grand, two-story great room (20' x 18'). To the right, the dining room (12'4" x 18' with an 11-foot ceiling) connects seamlessly to the kitchen, creating an open and airy environment perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen, complete with an eating bar, flows into a utility room that links to the friends' entry and a craft room.
On the left side of the great room, you'll find a wing dedicated to bedrooms and a study. Bedroom 3 (11'4" x 18'4" with a 12-foot coffered ceiling) enjoys its own private bath, while Bedroom 4 (11' x 11'2" with a 10-foot ceiling) and the study (11'2" x 10') share a bathroom.
Master Suite: Tucked away on the right side of the house, the master suite (15'2" x 17' with a slope ceiling) offers a private retreat. The master bath features separated "his" and "hers" areas, adding a touch of luxury and convenience. The walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space. The master suite is designed to be a personal oasis, separate from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the home.
